Shipping policy
1.0 OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this policy. We are committed to delivering your purchases safely and on time.
2.0 ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) local time may be processed the following business day.
Please note:
• Processing times are separate from shipping/delivery times.
• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.
3.0 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERING TIME FRAMES
We currently ship to domestic addresses only. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase.
*Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as public holidays.
4.0 SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

5.0 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time. You can also track your order by:
• Visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
• Logging into your account on our website and navigating to 'My Orders'.
• Contacting our customer support team with your order number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your dispatch notification.
6.0 DELIVERY ISSUES & FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card and attempt re-delivery. After a defined number of failed attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.
6.1 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address corrections may incur an additional fee.
6.2 Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7.0 UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address, unclaimed parcel, or refused delivery will be held for 14 days. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer. If no response is received within 14 days, a store credit (excluding original shipping fees) may be issued.
